Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that some items are exempt from our returns policy. These include:

  • Discounted items
  • Items with visible wear or damage
  • Perishable goods

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to us confirming receipt of your proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@ausallium.com and we will provide address details for the return of your item.

Shipping

When returning a product, please mail it to the following address: Ausallium Pty Ltd, 6A Dairy Drive, Melbourne, VIC, 3058.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation

If an order is placed in error, please call (03) 9354 5780 or email info@ausallium.com as soon as possible, to discuss cancellation options. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has commenced.
