- One of the most divisive herbs when it comes to taste. Some enjoy the zesty, citrus flavour whereas others say it tastes like soap! Either way, coriander is a widespread garnish for soup, meat and fish. The leaves add flavour to chutneys, salads and salsas and are a standard in most Mexican and Asian cuisine.
- Coriander is packed with vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, and phosphorus.

All seed orders are packed in resealable sachets which are then heat-sealed to ensure that no spillage or damage occurs during transit.
Orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post, depending on the weight and volume of seed as well as the delivery location.
Standard and Express options are available.

All varieties listed on the Ausallium website can be shipped to Tasmania and WA, unless otherwise stated.
Additional quarantine fees are charged for all orders going to Tasmania. This is to cover the cost of the purity tests and quarantine inspections that are required when sending seed to this state.
All seed is supplied raw and chemical-free, unless otherwise requested.
