Featured Product - Wasabina
Wasabina is fairly new to our product portfolio. Also known as Wasabi Mustard it is a spicy, flavourful microgreen known for its fresh, peppery, wasabi-like flavour.
The stems are delicate and pale in colour while the leaves are small, slightly elongated and smooth. They are bright green in colour.
While the exact nutritional value will differ based on growing conditions, Wasabina is rich in vitamins A, C, E, K and B9 along with the essential minerals calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium.
Commonly used in Japanese and Asian cuisine, Wasabina microgreens will add nutritional value and a subtle spice that can enhance a variety of dishes.
